The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role combines deep analytical work, business-oriented decision-making, and real ownership. You will take responsibility over performance within your domain - analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and driving practical, data-backed actions. The role requires independent thinking, strong judgment, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize marketing performance across multiple industries.
- Manage budgets and performance in competitive global markets.
- Analyze performance, market, and behavioral data to drive decision-making.
- dentify and prioritize growth opportunities based on data and business impact.
- Build, improve, and implement analytical tools, methodologies, and processes.
- Work closely with Business, Product, Data, and Technical teams to drive results.

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or analytics roles within comparison sites (comparison / affiliate / lead-generation platforms) - required.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative thinking.
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads performance campaigns, including tCPA- based optimization.
- Strong business thinking - using data and KPIs to drive growth decisions
- High proficiency in Excel - must (advanced analytical use).
- Strong ownership mindset - ability to manage a domain end-to-end.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) from a recognized university - required.
- Very good English - written and verbal.
