The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 2+ years of experience to take ownership of meaningful commercial relationships and revenue streams. This is a hands‑on business role with real responsibility and money on the table. You will manage and grow partnerships in high‑intent, performance‑driven environments, working with large partners and owning revenue, commercial terms, and long‑term growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a seven‑digit annual revenue portfolio across multiple partners.
- Research, develop, and execute new business opportunities and long‑term partnerships.
- Manage day‑to‑day partner relationships, including commercial, legal, financial, and operational aspects.
- Lead commercial negotiations using data, performance insights, and business KPIs.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships and drive expansion initiatives.
- Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, and Operations teams to deliver results.

Requirements
- Native-level English - required (written and verbal)
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management - required.
- Significant advantage for experience in comparison sites, affiliate networks, marketplaces, or similar performance‑driven platforms.
- Proven experience managing commercial relationships and revenue‑driven partnerships.
- Strong negotiation skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field - required.
- Experience working with the US market and US-based partners is a strong advantage.
